14-day money-back guarantee

If LinkMedic Pro does not work for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and you get a full refund. You do not have to give a reason. This also applies to the yearly renewal: write to us within 14 days of the renewal charge.

How to ask for a refund

Write to johannes@jrdevdesign.com from the email address you used to buy, and include your order number (it is in your receipt). We process refunds within 3 working days. The money goes back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller; depending on your bank it can take 5 to 10 days to show up.

What happens after a refund

The license key is disabled and the subscription is cancelled. Please deactivate and remove LinkMedic Pro from your sites. The free LinkMedic plugin keeps working as before.

After 14 days

After 14 days we do not refund payments, but you can cancel at any time so that the license does not renew. If a bug stops LinkMedic Pro from working and we cannot fix it, write to us; we will look at every case fairly.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the law, including statutory warranty rights. Because the download is delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content can end once delivery starts; the 14-day guarantee above applies regardless.
