Privacy Policy — Power Quote

This policy describes how jrdevdesign (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Power Quote app on Android. The app lets you save quotes and show them on a home screen widget. It works without an account, without ads, and without any tracking.

No user account
No ads and no advertising identifiers
No analytics or tracking SDKs
No developer-operated server; quotes stay on your device

3. Data stored on your device

The quotes you create, their authors and tags, your widget appearance settings (text color, background color, font size), and the quote currently shown in the widget are stored locally on your device. This data is only shared with the home screen widget on the same device. It is not sent to us or to any third party.

You can delete individual quotes, delete all quotes, reset the widget settings, or uninstall the app to remove all stored data. Android may include app data in device backups according to your system backup settings.

4. Import and export

When you import or export a CSV file, you pick the file or folder yourself through the Android file picker. The app only accesses the file you select and does not request broad storage permissions.

5. Sharing

Text you share into the app or out of the app is handled by the Android system share sheet. What the receiving app does with the text is governed by that app's own privacy policy.

6. Network access and updates

The app requests internet access only for Expo over-the-air updates, which deliver bug fixes to the app code. These requests do not include your quotes or any personal data. The app does not connect to any other server.

7. Permissions

Power Quote requests internet access (for updates) and vibration. It does not request access to your photos, media, contacts, location, or microphone.

8. Children

The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal information at all.

9. Your rights
