Private by design

Pagekompass has no server. Pages are analyzed in your browser and the results stay on your device. The extension only contacts ExtensionPay when you start a trial, buy Pro or log in. Weekly monitoring runs only while your browser is open and reports through a browser notification, not by email.

Looking for a SEO Minion alternative?

Pagekompass covers what most people use an on-page SEO extension for: checking title, meta description and headings, seeing which links are nofollow, finding broken links and images without alt text, and a SERP preview. It adds a focus keyword check, fix suggestions for every problem and a site audit.

It does not show backlink counts, traffic estimates or domain authority. Those need a large index of the web and account-based tools. The trade-off is that Pagekompass needs no account and sends nothing to a server.

What it does not do

No backlink or traffic data, no keyword volumes, no rank tracking. It checks the page you have open and, with the site audit, the pages of the same website.

Questions

Which browsers does it work in?

Chrome and other Chromium browsers that can install from the Chrome Web Store. We test it in Chrome and Brave.

Does it work without an account?

Yes. There is no account. Pro is linked to the email you enter at checkout so you can log in on another computer.

Why does it ask to access websites?

By default Pagekompass only reads the tab you open it on. If your browser does not grant that access, or you turn on weekly monitoring for a website, it asks once for permission. It never sends page content anywhere.
